Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using BibliaContigo, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Service Description

BibliaContigo provides free core Bible reading, search, bookmarks, plans, and basic progress. Artificial intelligence, Academy, and other advanced features may have limits or require a Premium plan.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use BibliaContigo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the AI assistant to generate content that is offensive, misleading, or that violates third-party rights.

AI features are intended for adults. If you are under 18, do not use them without a parent or legal guardian's involvement. Responses may be incorrect and do not replace pastoral, medical, legal, psychological, or emergency advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials.

Intellectual Property

The Reina-Valera 1909 Bible text is provided as a public-domain edition. BibliaContigo's design, code, and original content belong to its creators. Other separately identified translations may be copyrighted and will only be included with the appropriate authorization.

Premium Subscriptions

Premium features are optional. Before you confirm a purchase, the store displays the product, price, currency, billing period, and any applicable trial. Subscriptions renew automatically for the displayed period until you cancel them in your Apple App Store or Google Play settings. The store processes charges and applies its own cancellation and refund rules.

Deleting your BibliaContigo account does not cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel the subscription in the store before deleting the account. When the store reports that paid access has ended, you will lose Premium features without affecting free core access.

Limitation of Liability

BibliaContigo is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI assistant responses are for guidance and do not substitute professional theological advice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the application.
